RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Borderline Desi piece is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch. As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, all orders are considered final.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

SIZE EXCHANGES

A one-time size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
In its original packaging
With all original tags intact

The exchange will be processed once the returned piece has been received and inspected.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PIECES

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package from the moment of opening is required for all damage claims. Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once the claim has been verified and approved, you will be eligible for an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.

If the same piece is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
